Job Title: Sales Ops Specialist
Position Overview:
You will be the backbone of our direct sales team, providing logistical support. Position has been created for the first time in our company for that right candidate.
Compensation: Base salary plus bonus plus equity package based on experience.
Location: Company headquarters in South San Francisco, CA.
Job Requirements:
As a Sales Ops Specialist, You will:
- Produce pricing quotes and purchase orders
- Respond to RFI and RFP requests
- Send prospects sales and marketing collateral
- Response to email and online product and sales inquires
- Seek and schedule appointments for our direct sales persons
- Follow-up with our customer for invoice payments
- Be a key member of our direct sales team
- Report to Head of Sales, and also interact with our COO and CEO
Desired Experience:
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar role with similar responsibilities
- Excellent organizational skills and comfort with multi-tasking
- Good team work, integrity, dependability
- Effective communication skills with customers and workers
- Experience in the green-tech or trucking sectors are preferred but required
- Desire to work in an entrepreneurial, self-starter, fast-paced start-up environment
Software Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with CRM systems such as ACT! is a plus
- Experience with search engine software
